What is Computational Thinking?
CT, widely championed by organizations like ISTE, is a powerful framework that breaks down complex challenges into manageable steps. It involves four key concepts:
- Decomposition: Breaking down a large problem.
- Pattern Recognition: Finding trends and similarities.
- Abstraction: Focusing on the important details.
- Algorithms: Creating a step-by-step solution.
This framework is not just for tech careers—it's a universal blueprint for effective problem-solving in life and work.

Through our after-school enrichment programs, Operation Xcel students master CT skills and immediately apply them in their core classes, supercharging their academic performance:
