Jayden Johnson is a determined young man who excels academically. At Operation Xcel’s Operation Homework, he set out to improve his math skills, and with staff support, he ended the first quarter with an "A." When his grade dropped to an "F" in the second quarter, Jayden didn’t give up. He committed to tutoring, even giving up gym time for extra practice, and raised his grade to a "B." Henry joined Operation Xcel four years ago with challenges in reading and social skills. Now, he’s one of the strongest readers in his class, a leader in STEM activities, and has perfect attendance.
